Bloom Public School is located on a 1.5 acre plot and has a built up area of about 3800 square meters. It has classrooms equipped with projectors and screens. Designated classrooms are equipped with Interactive Whiteboards. The school has a fully air conditioned auditorium and audio- visual rooms equipped with LCD/ OH projectors, TV's and DVD players. There is a Robotics lab in addition to the normal science labs. Other facilities include those for art, craft and sculpture. The school lays a lot of emphasis on security and all entry/ exit points are equipped with CCTV's.

The admissions made in 2023-2024 were to the Nursery i.e. Pre- School Class. Children aged three years or more as on 31/03/2023 were eligible for admission. The total number of seats available was 100, out of which 55 were for General Category candidates, 25 were for EWS candidates and 20 were for the Management Quota.

The school uses a point-based system for admissions. The criteria and their weightages are as below

Area covered by school transport	30 points. Candidates residing in areas covered by school transport for pre-school are awarded 30 points.
Sibling	20 points. Applicants from the sibling category are awarded 20 points.
Distance from school	40 points. Candidates residing within 6 km from the school are awarded 40 points. Candidates residing more than 6 km away are awarded 20 points.
Status Of Child	10 points. First born children are awarded 10 points.
Total	100 points.

The school requires that successful applicants produce the following documents.

Address Proof	Passport/ Voter ID/ Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill/ Water Bill/ Aadhar Card/ Ration Card/ Rent Agreement/ Domicile Certificate.
Date of Birth Proof	Birth Certificate.
Sibling Proof	Fee receipt of sibling.
First born proof	Affidavit.

The first list published by the school had the names of candidates who had scored between 80 and 90 points. The cutoff was at 80 points.

The school topper in 2022-2023 scored 97.6%.
