Facilities
The G.D. Goenka Public School is equipped with cutting edge technology and infrastructure. The school is Wi-Fi enabled and provides campus- wide broadband connectivity. All classrooms are centrally air- conditioned and equipped with whiteboards. The entire campus is under CCTV coverage.

The school has well equipped science, computer and language labs along with an extensive library. It follows a Co- Scholastic curriculum that is implemented through extensive facilities for visual and performing arts. The sports facilities include horse riding and a synthetic basketball court. Finally the school has its own fleet of air conditioned, GPS tracked buses.

Age Criteria and Seats in 2017-2018
The admissions made in 2017- 2018 were to the Nursery i.e. Pre- School Class. The minimum age was three years as on 31st March 2017. The total number of seats available was 108 and the distribution of seats was as follows- General Category- 58, Management Quota- 21, Staff Ward- 2 and EWS- 27

Admission Criteria
The school uses a points-based system for admissions. The criteria used along with the points for each criterion are shown below

Neighborhood 60 points.

Students residing within 10 km get 60 points while those residing between 10 km and 15 km get 50 points. Candidates residing more than 15 km away get 40 points.
Sibling 20 points.

Applicants are given 20 points if a real brother or sister is already studying in the school.
Single Parent 20 points.

Wards of single parents get 20 points.
Total 100 points.


Documents Required
Applicants are required to produce the following documents.
  • Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation
  • Current residency proof
  • Siblings- photocopy of I- Card of sibling
  • Single parents- legal proof
