About the School
The Shri Ram School was established in 1988 and is now one of the most sought after schools of the National Capital Region. Setup with just a pre- primary section the school now spans three campuses in Delhi and Gurgaon. These campuses are located at Vasant Vihar in Delhi, Moulsari Avenue in DLF City 3 in Gurgaon and at Hamilton Court in DLF City 4, Gurgaon.

The Vasant Vihar and Moulsari Avenue campuses comprise one school with students going to Vasant Vihar till Class V and thereafter to Moulsari Avenue. The Hamilton Court Campus, also known as The Shri Ram School, Aravali is a complete school in itself. The Moulsari Avenue campus allows students the option of taking either the Indian School Certificate (ISC) or the International Baccalaureate (IB) or the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) examination. The Aravali campus offers only the ISC option.

The junior school at Vasant Vihar is equipped with general science laboratories, a library, a computer centre and an air conditioned assembly hall. The school has studios for art, clay modeling, music and dance. On the sports front the school has courts for basketball and badminton, fields for cricket and football and a yoga room. Separate areas are available for free play by the younger students.

The senior school at Moulsari Avenue is equally well equipped. Aside from the usual physics, chemistry and biology labs the school has multi- media rooms and art studios equipped with potter wheels and weaving looms. Sports facilities include fields for soccer, cricket, athletics & basketball; a swimming pool and a gym.

Age Criteria and Seats in 2023-2024
The Vasant Vihar campus accepted applications from children born between 01/04/2019 and 31/03/2020 for the 2023-2024 session. The total number of seats was 112 out of which 62 seats were for the General category, 28 seats for the EWS category and 22 seats for the management quota.

Admission Criteria
The school uses a point-based system for admissions. The criteria and their weightages are as below

Neighborhood 50 points.

Students residing within 10 km get 50 points, those residing within 10 km and 12 km get 45 points, those residing between 12 km and 15 km get 40 points.
Sibling/ Alumni 35 points.

Siblings and wards of alumni get 35 points.
Staff 40 points.

Wards of staff get 40 points. These points cannot be claimed in combination with sibling/ alumni points.
First Born child 10 points.

First born children get 10 points.
Total 100 points.

Documents Required
The school requires that successful applicants produce the following original documents for verification.
  • Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation
  • Proof of residential address (Electricity Bill/ MTNL Bill/ Passport/ Water Bill/ Voter I- Card/ Aadhar Card/ Ration Card/ Domicile Certificate).
  • For sibling cases- the identity card/ admission number of the sibling
  • For wards of alumni- the Migration certificate
  • For first born child- Affidavit in specified format.

Cutoffs in 2023-2024
The cutoff score in 2023-2024 was 60 points.

Class XII Results(ISC)
The school average in 2021-2022 was 89.66%. 59.74% of the children who appeared scored more than 90% in the aggregate.
